Different every time. Exceptional every time.
A seasoned TV and media professional, Ninoslav began his career as a journalist at Radio Studio B in the late 90s. By way of Japan — where he spent a couple of years modelling — he found his way to RTV B92, working across both radio and television for four years, before fulfilling a lifelong dream: working for MTV. One of the defining TV networks of its era.
He went on to spend 12 years at MTV, starting as a producer and ultimately rising to Head of Content, with stints in Slovenia, Ukraine, and finally Serbia.
Like many, the pandemic prompted him to step back from the corporate world and reassess. On returning, he decided that running his own content development agency Bad Panda Company — or being part of a like-minded small team — was the right path forward. When he's not working, you'll most likely find him somewhere on a mountain, completely off-grid, and very much pretending to be an outdoor type.
From 2015 to 2018, he worked at McCann Belgrade as a senior copywriter on campaigns for brands such as Telekom Serbia, Lav, Deleze, Plazma, Mastercard, and many others. In 2018, he became a permanent member of the Njuz.net team, where he writes satirical news. Since 2018, he has also been part of the writing team for the TV show “24 Minutes with Zoran Kesić.” Over the past 15 years, he has worked as a screenwriter for numerous TV shows and scripted series. In his free time, he records a podcast on the Njuz YouTube channel, shares his quirky thoughts on Twitter under the name Preduhitrivach, and debates whether to start playing padel or if it would be too embarrassing.
Internationally awarded Creative Director with 22 years of experience—20 in leading advertising agencies and 2 on the client side—blending strategic insight with creativity to drive brand growth. Winner of Cannes Lions, Epica, Eurobest, Golden Drum, Red Dot, LIA, Cresta, and DZ Awards, with a track record across diverse markets, leading multidisciplinary teams, and building brands through collaboration, innovation, and a clear strategic vision. A sculptor by education, after completing her master’s studies in advertising in Italy, she entered the world of communication with a focus on video as her most loved format.
Many years ago, he worked as an editor of the “Maxim” magazine and as a contributor to “Playboy”. He is a screenwriter on TV series such as “Besa” and “Žigosani u reketu”, the author of several TV quiz shows including “Stolice” and “Catch Me If You Know”, and an editor and writer of several thousand hours of television programming. He has created TV content in Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Slovakia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In his spare time, he collects and plays guitars, and explains to his sons that they have to eat—while explaining to himself that he doesn’t really have to.
